Many of the providers at the Marsden Centre are recognized in their fields of focus.
All of the naturopathic doctors have completed post-graduate residency programs under the training of clinic director Dr. Eric Marsden ND.
Our TCM providers have additional training in their special practice focus areas including Chinese medicine in cancer care, Chinese herbal medicine, distal acupuncture, etc.
In May 2021, we welcomed Dr. Meschino DC and his team of providers leading our manual medicine clinic. His team includes chiropractors, massage therapists, craniosacral therapists, psychologists and psychotherapist.
All of our providers believe in the importance of a patient centred approach with conscientious and compassionate care. We will all do our best to provide the very best integrative care in a friendly, respectful atmosphere.

Naturopathic Providers
Dr. Eric Marsden BSc ND
Clinic Director & Post-Graduate Residency Program Director
Dr. Marsden ND is the clinic director for The Marsden Centre and Director of the Marsden Centre’s post graduate residency program in naturopathic cancer care. He has a special practice focus in integrative cancer care.
Dr. Von Chaleunsouk-Marsden BSc ND
Assistant Clinic Director
Dr. Chaleunsouk-Marsden ND is the assistant clinic director. She is passionate about finding the root cause of complex and chronic illness. While her practice has evolved over 16+ years, she has a special focus in gut health, allergic illness, mental health, and trauma.
Dr. Ruth Anne Baron BSC ND
Naturopathic Cancer Care, IV therapy, Hormonal Support and Brain Health
Dr. Baron has over 25 years of clinical experience, providing naturopathic care for patients with cancer, hormonal imbalances, gut problems, and other complex chronic health issues.
Dr. Shiva Jamshidi ND (Medical Doctor (Iran)
Dr. Shiva Jamshidi-ND – Bridging Medicine and Naturopathy for Comprehensive Care
With a solid foundation in medicine, Dr. Jamshidi-ND obtained her medical degree in Iran, where she gained invaluable experience and knowledge in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. Her genuine compassion and empathetic nature allowed her to develop deep connections with her patients, making them feel heard and cared for during their medical journey.
Dr. Esther Jeon ND
Dr. Esther Jeon, ND is a naturopathic doctor in Ontario. She earned her degree in Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Dr. Jeon, ND has a strong research background in Medical Science, which provided the basis of her evidence-based approach to treating naturally.
KIM ROVERS
Kim Rovers is a nurse practitioner .She graduated from the University of Ottawa with her Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing in 1994, later completing her Masters in Science and her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification at D’Youville College in Buffalo in 2007.

Dr Maryam Jahanshahi, BSc, MSc, ND
Dr Jahanshahi, ND is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and Canadian Association of the Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).After finishing her master’s degree in medical microbiology and pharmacology, she graduated from 4 years doctorate program at Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Pauline Sok Yin Hwang obtained an undergraduate Honours degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from McGill University, completing her research thesis in the Faculty of Medicine. She went on to complete advanced studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), obtaining a Diploma of Acupuncture (Institute of Traditional Medicine), a TCM Practitioner Diploma (Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine) and a Master’s degree in Medicine, with a major in TCM Internal Medicine and Oncology (Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine).

Nick Boulton graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 1991. He has been a part of New Directions In Health since 1992 where he specializes in deep soft tissue massage which helps free up myofascial adhesions and restrictions, allowing greater ease and flexibility.
