Join us in a free meditation and relaxation class with Pamela Tarek

In this program we will be meeting once a week for four weeks. During the program you will be learning several easy and effective techniques for relaxation. As well, we will be practising various types of meditation, such as mindfulness meditation, using a mantra as in transcendental meditation (TM), and visualization as a form of meditation.

Topics to be discussed will include the benefits of being mindful and the practise of being grateful, and the importance of developing the observer within ourselves.

During each class, Pamela will lead the group in a guided meditation for relaxation that can be recorded on your cell phone for later use.

This program is free for patients of the Marsden Centre!
