Dr. Biljana Kostovic is a physician with over 30 years of medical experience, recognized for her clinical depth, compassionate approach, and leadership in integrative, regenerative, and interventional medicine. She earned her MD from the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Medicine and completed specialization training in Emergency Medicine through the Universities of Sarajevo and Belgrade, graduating with highest honours. After immigrating to Canada, she practiced for nearly two decades as an Emergency Physician within major hospital systems, including William Osler Health System, and served as Chief of Staff at Charlotte County Hospital.Driven by both clinical curiosity and personal experience, Dr. Kostovic expanded into regenerative and integrative medicine in 2010. She trained under leading pioneers including Dr. Frank Shallenberger and Dr. Robert Rowen, earning advanced certifications in ozone therapy, prolotherapy, PRP, and integrative oncology. In 2018, she founded The Upper Room Clinic, where she combines precision medicine with deeply personalized care to support complex and chronic conditions.
