According to The American Institute of Stress: About 33 percent of people report feeling extreme stress.

77 percent of people experience stress that affects their physical health. 73 percent of people have stress that impacts their mental health. And yet, not everyone experiences stress the same way. Some people work well under pressure, are high performers at a job they enjoy, and maintain an active social and family life. Others feel like there is never enough hours in the day to complete all the tasks they want to achieve. Just because one has a greater capacity to handle stress, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t cause issues.
