Whether you are an athlete or need to increase productivity in the workplace, or at home, performance is something we all strive for.

Once our bodies experience a period of stress, insults to our health, or other risk factors, this may compromise our optimal performance.

We at the Marsden Centre can help address the following questions or concerns:

  • I am losing muscle mass, but I have not changed anything in my daily routine.
  • My performance level is not the same as it used to be.

  • How do I maximize my energy to be well-rounded at the workplace and at home with my family?
  • How do I create a more active and athletic routine for my everyday life?

The goal of this program is to improve energy, blood sugar control, and metabolic function. In addition, we also aim to reduce inflammation, which in turn helps to contribute to disease prevention. This program also supports individuals who want to strive to achieve a more athletic routine. Focusing on improving health is the key to enhancing everyday performance, whether it be at home, work, or elsewhere.

Beyond looking at current health barriers, we aim to increase longevity by supporting the natural aging process with respect to disease prevention. We also analyze disease patterns in your family history to create a proactive prevention plan. Some examples of tests we
