The following page oultines how we manage referrals to our centre from other professionals.
To assist in making a rapid patient referral to our office we have convenient referral forms. You do not need to use these forms when referring, but it can make the referral process easier for you and your patient.

Once you have completed and faxed/emailed the referral form along with sending additional documentation as needed, your referral will be received by reception and reviewed by a clinic resident. The resident will determine whether further clinical information is required and correspond with you in a timely way to ensure a rapid booking with the best professional at our centre. After a review of the referral is completed, reception will contact your patient directly in order to book their first visit and advise them of costs associated with their consult. Reception will contact you to confirm the date of their first visit. Once they have completed their first visit at our centre, the treating doctor will send correspondence to you, usually by fax, detailing treatment recommendations and follow up care.
